Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using the 6ixty8ight platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 6ixty8ight as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. This platform is designed specifically for users in Malaysia and is subject to the laws applicable in this country.

Account Registration & User Eligibility

To register an account on 6ixty8ight, you must meet the following requirements:

• Is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not act as a representative or agent of any third party without valid written authorisation.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process.
• Hold only one account — multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is considered your own action. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

6ixty8ight reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Fraud or suspicious activity — including the use of unauthorised credit card or payment information.
• Breach of Terms & Conditions — any action that violates the provisions of this document.
• Multiple account ownership — users found to have more than one active account.
• Identity impersonation — providing false personal information or impersonating another individual.
• Upon request by the relevant Malaysian authorities or law enforcement bodies.

When an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with the violating activity may not be refunded. Users who believe their account was closed without valid reason may contact customer support for a review at [email protected].

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Limitation of Liability: 6ixty8ight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond the platform's control. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials found on the 6ixty8ight platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.

Third-Party Links: This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 6ixty8ight is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of these links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms: 6ixty8ight reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
